Here is some additional information on our order process:
We use a secure orderform to keep your credit card and
address details secure
Orders by credit card will not be charged online. Orders
are being checked on correctness (making sure the correct
modules have been ordered, the correct version, discounts
deducted) before we start the authorization.
After you have submitted an order, you will receive a
confirmation email acknowledging that we have received the
order and we will then start processing the order.
Promotional Discounts might not show up correctly on the
orderform, but you can be sure that we will deduct the discount
before we continue processing your order.
Software will be shipped upon receipt of payment. The
fastest way is by ordering using a credit card, money transfers
and cheques usually take a couple of days up to a week before
we receive it.
For certain countries (mainly Asian and African countries)
we only accept DHL Courier shipment, because using Priority
Postal Service has proven to take up to months to reach
sender.
